Quaker
House Evenings with Ajahn Viradhammo
On
select Friday evenings, members and friends of the Ottawa Buddhist
Society have the opportunity to share in the teachings of the Buddha
with Ajahn Viradhammo at Quaker House, located on Fourth Avenue near
Fourth Avenue and Bank Street. The sessions usually begin
with a period of guided meditation, followed by a Dhamma talk and
period of questions and answers led by Ajahn Viradhammo. There
is no requirement to be a Buddhist or a member of the Ottawa Buddhist
Society to attend these sessions.
As there are no meditation cushions or mats at Quaker House, we ask
that you bring these items with you. Chairs are also provided
for those who wish to use them.
